Marx produced the little 588 switch engine which is usually found in black New York Central livery. Here are a few of the more colorful or rarer variations. Left to right they are Missouri Pacific System, Lehigh Valley (always Battery operated), Dark Gray New York Central, and Illinois Central Gulf. Leave it to Marx, operating at the inexpensive end of the market to offer this kind of variety.
