The dual lighted observation is not a particularly easy piece to find, although it is not really rare. I was bidding on this one at a popular auction site but decided to let it go as I had more pressing uses for the money at the time. After the auction a friend asked me why I had dropped out and clued me in about that solid red frame. I had not even noticed! You can be sure I felt quite stupid!
It seems that there are a small quantity of cars floating around with all red frames. Why, you ask? Your guess is as good as mine! The frames are dip painted. As a painted red frame one should be VERY cautious when considering a purchase.
