Fred's version of the eight wheel Pacemaker boxcar is not just a four wheel body slapped on an eight wheel frame. This is a full blown custom with beautifully detailed artwork.
It's a shame Fred isn't a little older. Maybe he could have been one of Louie's artists and we'd all be happier.
