  • NOTES-------------I am nearly 100% sure this is a Marx airplane. It's the only one of it's kind I have ever seen. 6-1/2" long with an 8-3/4" wing span. Wooden wheels.
  • Condition----------Very Good. Original paint has very little playwear. A few chips and scratches here and there and a small spot of corrosion on the wing. This has been well cared for and has clean, glossy paint.

  • NOTES-------------This is a channel train toy from Automatic Toy Co. Very interesting clockwork train where the train enters the tunnel but exits at an unexpected portal. I believe this is an older (prewar) example of this toy as the colors are duller and more muted than others I have had.
  • Condition----------Excellent-. Box is somewhat sun faded with a tear and the corners are broken but it is complete. I have never seen another example of this toy with the little box for the trolleys. The original key is present but broken. Clockwork motor is working and strong. Tiny spot of corrosion on the trolleys and platform.

Unfortunately, the actuator is missing. This is a neat toy from the thirties and the blue base on this one is an unusual variation.
  • Condition----------This is a parts piece. What's here is OK but the door handle and lock, lamp post, and other parts are missing. What you see is what you get.

  • NOTES-------------This car is probably from the fifties or early sixties. It is representative of a college-age kids car with graffiti and slogans plastered all over the exterior in Spaniash. Rear axle is eccentric causing the car to wobble in motion. Front axle has three positions for straight, clockwise, or counter-clockwise operation.
  • Condition----------Well played with. Missing the guts, driver and passenger, and one headlamp. Litho is Very Good with some playwear. Wheels show extensive playwear. This is a rare toy.

  • CONDITION----Black plastic, double tracked raceway makes up approximately 48" long figure eight. Two cars included but only one is working. Another car will not be hard to find if you can't fix this one.
    Condition is Excellent for the track and Good to Very Good for the cars.

  • ITEM NO.-------T452. This little plastic dog from the late forties to early fifties is almost as cute as the box he was packaged in.
    Box reads; He Barks, He Sits up, He Jumps. He barks is struck out!
    Plastic is like new. Bright color with no sun fading or scratching. This dog has spent the last 50 years in his dog house box! The plastic airbulb that animates him is still soft and pliable but the air does not return quickly from the diaphram which prevents him from operating correctly. He will sit up although I doubt that he ever would jump! The box is complete but has seen better days. There is some surface damage and some tearing. Roof was glued back on some time ago but is well done and does not show from the exterior. This is a great piece of early plastic from a company that has long been gone. O'Briens edition No.9 contains no listing for Palmer Plastics and I have seen other plastic toy guides that do not mention this company.
    This has to be rare!

  • CONDITION-----Very good in original box. Clockwork works well and the engine is excellent. The first two cars have a small amount of rust, first car better than the second. The real prize here is the beautiful box. The train is easily replaced. Box has all flaps with only minor tearing at the corners. This is Line Mar, Japan production.
