NOTES-------------Battery powered. 17" long, 4 cars, with No. 99 engine. In twenty plus years of collecting Marx trains and toys I have never seen another one of these. My friends, Trip Riley, Tasker Brush, and Dick MacNary had also not seen one!
Condition----------EXCELLENT. Motor is untested and often these battery powered sets will not work as internal contacts have corroded over the years. To access the battery box one has to spread the plastic sides of the engine. I am unwilling. I don't care if it works. If you do, presume it doesn't!
