The 666 version of the 999 is quite a rare bird but are you aware that there is more than one version? Here are three. Of course they are all clockworks, which is the primary difference between the 666 and the 999. One has a white headlight lens and no numberboard. One has a numberboard and no lens.
The third has both numberboard and white lens.
These were obviously produced early in the 999 production run as they all have open pilots.
Does anyone have a boxed set they could show me?

This example turned up about 2003. It is extremely clean. For some reason these are generally quite beat up when found.
